Location was great. Very easy to find and near to the train station

It was very warm during my stay, the fan was too small and didn’t help much with ventilation. Staff were all lovely except for the guy who was not very happy when I asked to fill my bottle with ice. He said ‘ ice are for drinks you know? It’s not for giving to everyone ‘ As if i was some random outsider asking the hotel for bloody ice. The female staff were all very helpful and nice though

Staff were lovely, breakfast is good, gym is good, sister restaurant is also very good.

Rooms are a little tired. Don’t use this hotel in summer, sleeping in the rooms was unbearable and the offer of one fan between three people in different beds didn’t work. Sleepless nights.

The view from the room was good.. The staff was friendly.. Proximity to the railway station… The sister restaurant - Little Greek restaurant and its staff was good enough so we good some food and milk for the baby even after 6pm..

The lift was too small that it took many trips to bring our luggage up.. They provided a small fan which was not enuf to give proper cooling in the hot summer.. Ours was a connected room and one of the washrooms didn’t have exhaust. The room was a bit congested leaving only little room for movement.. Eventhough tap water is suitable for drinking in switzerland, collecting it from the toilets doesn’t seem comfortable for us to drink.. The hotel doesn’t provide water after 6pm.. No microwave available after 6pm.. As tourists, we usually reach back after 6pm and we found it very difficult to heat our food..

Fabulous apartment with stunning views. Great amenities and very comfortable. The team are wonderful. Nothing was a problem.
