About this house rental

5 Star Captain's Quarters is a spacious, newly-converted separate studio that is fully furnished and only 6 blocks from the heart of Downtown Franklin. The studio sits behind our original family home - Stone Oaks - that was built in 1919.

You'll enjoy a truly comfortable night's sleep in our brand new king-size bed as well as other amenities such as a smart TV, a fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr Coffee drip, brand new tiled bathroom, walk in closet, and so much more.

The private setting and drive offers ample room to enjoy the outdoors with the assurance of quiet and comfort should you choose to stay in and relax away the day.

We enjoyed our stay in Franklin! Such a lovely little cottage that was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious and kind….even left banana bread for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!
