it was more than adequate, the staff were lovely, the food was good, the parking & location good

check in was easy, staff were friendly, the breakfast was very good, the hallways were dark and lots of stairs with no help getting luggage up and down, parking was also good and easy access. lovely town.

Staying at Hotel Elsenztal was reliving a memory for me. They made room for us, even though I had not made a reservation and they had many other guests staying there. The breakfast was wonderful!!!

very nice stay, the hotel is very clean, the hotel owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful! very good WiFi connection, hot water and warm and spacious rooms. we had a big terrace with a great view. I would recommend visiting the beautiful area and to stay in the hotel.

The hotel was mostly as expected (made prior reviews check). Hotel personnel (owners) were super friendly, ready and willing to help.

Hotel rooms are located on 2nd and 3rd floor, so it took an effort to bring up and down heavy belongings. Pillows in rooms are more like a sack of something soft (which is not comfortable).

The owner was very friendly. He offered us advice and we conversed over the Problems of this Virus shaking the world at the Moment, but very calmly. he was reassuring, and the room was spotless and we wished we could have done breakfast, but we had to check out before six AM. A fine, Family run Hotel, only a short drive from Heidelberg, and without the City stress.

The Owner was very nice and helpful, and spoke perfect English. The Hotel was wonderful, the room was large, clean and even had a Couch in Addition to a table and two chairs near the Television. The shower water was hot and we were happy the heat functioned properly! Highly recommended, and it is much cheaper than Hotels in Heidelberg, and only 15 minutes away.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Bammental an der Hauptstraße, für uns perfekt, weil der Verwandtenbesuch zwei Häuser weiter stattfand.

Im Bad kein Heizkörper, im Winter sehr kalt. Fernbedienung für den Fernseher defekt, nach längerem Suchen konnte man die Knöpfe seitlich am Fernseher für Lautstärke und Programme bedienen.

Plutôt bien situer avec des places de stationnement

Pas de volets ou rideaux occultants aux fenêtres pour se reposer plus longtemps ! Le lavabo dans la chambre de fait pas d’intimité ! Être logé au dernier étage sans ascenseur sans info préalable Petit déjeuner : L’appareil à boissons chaudes fonctionnait avec un bidon de lait raccordé par un tuyau extérieur à l’appareil …. Hygiène et petit déjeuner pas chaud de fait !

Gebäude und Zimmer sehr alt, sehr hellhörig (ab 6 Uhr läutet die Kirchturmuhr alle 15 Minuten) und das Bad mit einigen Mängeln (schmutzig, Duschbrause ohne Druck, …)

Az elvárásaimnak megfelelő.

Elégedett voltam a szállással, amire számítottam, azt megkaptam. Az ágy kimondottan kényelmes volt, a tisztaságra nem lehetett panasz.

A második emeleten volt a szobánk, így sokat kellett lépcsőzni és a lépcsőház ebből a szempontból meglehetősen szűk. Csomagokkal még inkább nehézkes a közlekedés.
