Great location, extremely clean and very friendly staff
Room furnishings are a bit basic, poor quality pillows, shame it doesn’t have air con as it was extremely hot in the room with only a fan to try and keep cool

Very clean and comfy
The elevator wasn’t working when I arrived, so I had to ho up the stairs with my luggage, but it got quickly fixed the morning after

This property is clean and well maintained but overall, what made this property amazing was it central location which made it walkable to every place you would want to see in Berlin but if walking is not your thing, the most convenient train and ferry stations are just steps away.
We really couldn’t think of anything we did not like, but if we have to pick one thing, it would be that one of the TVs in our two rooms was not a smart TV so you couldn’t hook up your own channels if you prefer.
