The location, the discrete, low key nature and non intrusive nature of the hotel and the staff but, at the same time, were always welcoming, always ready to assist, if needed.
Not really a ‘not like ‘ rather and ‘I wish’ that my room had had a view …or more natural light (the window was on to an internal courtyard).
