Location was central. Price for value.

The thing that you have to pay for parking €10 per day. Also, the apartment is very noisy because it's right on the street, which is busy at night and people passing by and talking loud which made us lose our sleep for the whole night.

It was simply great for me.

The location is great, near to the train station and in the city center. The room was warm. It is quite big, with a lot of facilities. Even I have not use, I see there are parking lots. The staff is great, amazing guys. I have also appreciated the storage luggage facility.

In the bathroom there are some things a bit degraded but it's not bad... The electricity panel have not cover. It can be dangerous for child... I wanted to respect the request: to throw away my trash, but I didn't find where...

Great hotel for a short stay with amazing staff!

The best part of the hotel is the service. Thank you to Harold for the exceptional welcome and conversation. His smile is fantastic, his vibes are immaculate. ✨️ The location of the place is the best as it was incredibly close to the cathedral where part of the Christmas market was concentrated. There is parking for 12 euros a day, in the courtyard and in underground. The latter is very narrow so you have to be clever about moving around. We drove a megane car but have seen a Volkswagen van fit inside. The room is spacious, you can move around easily while leaving your luggage on the floor but there is also a wardrobe for neater organisation. I also really like the kitchen, it had just what we needed. Dish soap and sponge were included too so we could wash our stuff no problem. TV with chromecast is always a big plus and it helped us be cozy while watching a movie. We rented this place a bit last minuted but it was still the cheapest in Mulhouse that wasn't just some apartment with a janky TV on a half-wall. Residhotel is great for a short stay.

The room itself isn't very soundproof as we could hear the people passing by and talking in the corridor. Not really the best for light sleepers. The showerhead was placed a bit awkwardly on the wall, instead of being centered it was on the right of the wall and close to the corner so a bit weird to angle.

A fantastic, comfortable and central hotel

The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming! The room was comfortable, clean and a lovely comfortable bath tub! The location was central and easy to find.

The location was a big plus; not too far from the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The rooms are also spacious.

The staff at the front desk were relatively friendly but the cleaning staff left a bitter taste. Not only were we required to pay a 100€ hold upon arrival but the quality of the rooms just doesn’t hold up. Upon arrival we found dirty dishes in the cupboard and when asked for a fresh sponge we were met with a disagreeable cleaning person who accused us of wanting to change rooms with our complaint after barging in to get her ‘proof’ ( all we wanted was a clean sponge and never even asked to change rooms). Evidently, fresh sponges are unheard. All delivered with attitude and accusations. Why would anyone want to return for ill treatment? The place needs updating and they need to find the bathtub stoppers which are ‘mysteriously’ missing.

Avoid using the bathtub and you'll be fine

The location is great. The room had a small kitchen which was very handy, but they also offer breakfast. The staff is very nice. They have private parking, though the ramp is very steep and the turns are tight.

The shower: we wanted to use the bathtub but it was leaking. We tried to take a shower instead but by then we had already run out of hot water. We waited over 3h for it to warm up but it never did. We had to shower with cold water, as the temperature never changed. The front desk was closed all the afternoon so we couldn't ask anyone. We were later told that it takes at least 4h for the water to warm up again.

Brilliant location just steps from the historic centre!

Location was superb!

The premises are older so the room was a bit tired, and could do with some refurbishment. (Would be handy to have the shower head mounted over the bath.) But the bed was comfortable, and we spent most of our time in the town.

If you want a roof above your head for a night it’s ok. Nothing more

Location is very nice if you want to attend parties at the city center clubs. You can walk anywhere in a very short time.

Parking spot was very hard to find on the road, hotel parking was extra charge and had to book beforehand even though it’s provided by booking, not very clean, bathroom had spots of mould around the bathtub. A/C was not working, I could only turn it ON and OFF, no way to change temperature or fan speed. And last but not least, the anecdote of our stay, WE HAD TO EMPTY THE TRASH CAN of the room OURSELVES at checkout, otherwise we’re not getting out security deposit back. Literally they asked us to go upstairs and pick up the bag from the trashcan and go outside on a bin and throw it away I’m pretty certain that’s not common practice in French hospitality and that’s a first time for us, we have been to almost 10 countries and over 50 hotel stays around the Europe, first time in my life the cleaning staff asked me to throw out my own trash

Hotel is great for short stays.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is great, minutes walk away from anywhere you'd want to be. The size of the room was great too with a lot of storage space. Nice reception staff

- very funky smell in the room. like drainage (?) - there is a coffee machine but no coffee provided - there is a tiny kitchenette and notes all around saying that cleaning of it is not included and you will be fined if you don't clean. seems excessive - is the hotel really charging guests 40 euro for not washing the cup? it's not much else you can do with it. in general doesn't go with holiday vibes. - hair dryer not in the room, and we couldnt get it in reception as someone else had it

bad experience staying in this place. Was requested by the lobby to provide a copy of my credit card. The property provide with free parking but when I came it suddenly costed me 10 euro. and the parking lot is the hell of a place. I almost burned my clutch when entering the parking garage and driving out of it.

do not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel, even for free.

The hotel is in city centre.

The staff. We stayed 7 nights at day two we asked when cleaning stuff will come and they said after the 5th day. We had to take our trash by ourselves. After the 5th day we asked the. If they can come yo our room as well and they said thet we would have to pay for this service. Breakfast was unhygienic. Every one had to get their food with bare hands. There weren't any utensils to grab a croissant- bread or even slices of salami etc. Forks were dirty- coups were dirty even sticky. The reception closed every noon for break. I also witnessed a jung couples struggle with his 2 year old child to get in the hotel. They had just arrived an no one was at reception to help them vet their room. Room did not have an hairdryer.

location is near to mulhouse train station. ( 10 or 15 mins as walking) espacially sheets and wc are clean. heaters are enough to warm up the room. there is carrefour and good patisseria near to the hotel ( 5 mins as walking) employees are so polite and helpful if you have a problem and a question ( thank you Asma )

we stayed at the ground level and there is a bad smell come from the sink. ı solved the problem putting a napkin onto the hole.
