Lovely experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The property was clean and very well maintained, the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also a big plus—convenient and easy to get around from. Excellent breakfast and sauna space was lovely. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and made the stay feel relaxed and special. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Wonderful. Would recommend and return

The location for skiing cannot be beat. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was also a favorite. My wife loved all the tea selections at breakfast, along with the juicing machine to have freshly made juice. Add that to the delicious bread, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurts and more and we were very satisfied. During our trip was my wifes birthday and in addition to helping me with surprising her with flowers the staff also surprised her at breakfast with a lovely card, some chocolates, and birthday greetings. We very much felt the personal touch! Also the restaurant at the hotel was incredible. It is an absolute must! The food, the service, the ambiance was perfect.

Didn’t like is a strong word. Our transfer back was several hours after checkout so we left our bags in the hotel ski and relax rooms. Everything was perfectly fine but if there had been a locked accessible space that would have eased my wife’s anxiety a bit.

Everything! So cozy, perfect location ideal for skiers, hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast which is included in the price. Everyone is extremely welcoming and made us feel home Would love to come back!

Too short, but a really good stay!

The room was clean, and the balcony was very large (I had the corner room, so it was huge), and the vieuw was just amazing! Everything was good, and even though I had a later check-in/ check-out, everyone stayed friendly!😊 I was sad I didn’t have the time to explore the rest of the hotel. Thank you for this good stay!

Unpolite receptionist, ridicolous breakfast like in the 1990, ugly old and too expensive room.

At 11:30 in the evening it was still impossible to sleep in this hotel… The room they gave us is on the ground floor, in front of the restaurant and very noisy. I had to get up from bed to go and close the door between the corridor of the room and the restaurant, which was intentionally kept open with an armchair, most likely because it was understaffed, with no one to receive customers. 280 euros for an old, ugly room with a carpet that should be changed, being allergic and very sensitive to dust I had problems. During the trip I was contacted by the reception to arrive by 7:00 pm because after that time the reception closes; at breakfast it is not possible to order a cappuccino with milk other than cow's milk for people with intolerances… When I arrived I asked for the courtesy of a late check out, which means around 11:00, I was told that it was not possible but if I had paid… At check out the receptionist slams her hands on the table indignantly because I only had a credit card to pay the 18 euros for the mini bar and the tourist tax. I have no words, I'm completely disappointed because I slept little, very badly and the experience is one to forget.

breakfast a bit limited

The biggest disappointment was there was no restaurant for evening meal , which for a 4 star hotel was unexpected. Due to the size of the village there was limited opportunity to eat there too. . No bar to relax in after a days skiing. There is a fine dining restaurant in the property but it is not part of the hotel . We booked in there for 2 nights and it was excellent , with great service, although expensive ( approx £80 per head ) ; more of a special occasion restaurant that every evening after a days skiing.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, enjoyed a week’s stay immensely & would consider as a base for skiing in the fu

Location for walking, very close to the Hochbrixen lift & 15 minute walk to the train station. Owners extremely friendly & evening meals & breakfast were excellent. A couple of nice restaurants & bars in walking distance however due to the time of year (early Sep) a number of places were closed ahead of reopening for the winter season but this was not a problem. Room 4 : Lovely bedroom/bathroom (fab water pressure) with wrap around balcony with great views. Free parking under cover made available for our motorbikes.

There was no tea/coffee making facility which would have been nice, however I am sure we may have been accommodated if requested. unfortunately the chef was taken ill during our stay hence the restaurant was closed for a couple of nights.

big rooms, big nice terrace. the garden is really nice and with the pond. the playground is a nice place for the kids. also enjoyed meals on the terrace, and it was very relaxing.

Walking distance to ski lifts and the (only) one après-ski bar. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Hotel was great, no complaints at all. However, apart from the hotel, one après-ski bar and good skiing, Brixen has little to offer. No other restaurants, lounge bars etc.

Great staff. Everything you need. Quiet. Upmarket. Brixen Im Thale is a lovely village; lived there myself for a few years. Hopfgarten is another nice one.

No seasonal fruit, verry little cheese. The hotel should not be a 4 star hotel. Very little choice at the bar. We had to leave the room at 10:00 and the breakfast was also till 10:00!

Exceptional

Food was excellent! Even better service from all the staff-very friendly, very kind, helpful people. Daily cleaning in the rooms. I would reccomend to anyone visiting area. It's close to Kitzbuhel as well (12-15 minutes by car)so it a option if you skiing there

Perfekt für den Skiurlaub

Sehr gut, direkt am Skilift, mann muss nur wenige Minuten laufen. Zimmer ist gross mit cooler Terasse. Das Frühstück war auch super gut. Der Spa war auch klein aber fein. Wir würden wieder zurück kommen.

Super Lage, nur 200m vom Skilift entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Angelika war sehr sehr nett und kompetent. Gemütliche Betten, Ausstattung Hotel sehr gut, sehr schöne Sauna. Frühstück sehr gut.

Mooi hotel, goede locatie voor wandelen, rustig.

Mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prachtige tuin. Dicht bij gondelbaan. Mooie wandelroutes in directe omgeving.

Bij faciliteiten stond een restaurant, echter hoorde dit restaurant niet bij het hotel, ondanks dat dit wel gebruikt werd voor het ontbijt. Het restaurant was erg duur (Michelin). Leuk voor een avond maar wij gaan niet elke dag eten voor €110 p.p.! Dit had beter vermeld moeten worden bij de faciliteiten. Verder vond ik het hotel voor een 4sterren hotel beetje magertjes. Simpele zeepdispensers in douche, geen flesje water op de kamer, een koelkastje wat het amper deed.

Super ferie på super hotel.

Et lille hyggeligt hotel med det sødeste og mest smilende personale vi nogensinde har oplevet. Rigtig god morgenmad. Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser. Der er ikke langt til andre spisesteder/restauranter. Kun kort afstand til banegård. Det er et hotel hvor man virkelig føler sig velkommen. Vi kan kun anbefale hotellet og vi kommer tilbage.

Angelika is erg onvriendelijk tegen haar ontvanger. Gaat midden op de dag weg van het hotel en als haar dan belt om te vragen waar ze is zodat je je spullen ergens kan laten staan raakt ze geïrriteerd en geeft ze aan dat je maar moet wachten tot ze terug is.
