Good location, friendly staff, luggage storage, near to bus stop.
The bath tub and shower had hairs in from the previous guests. Sticky mark on the table. Shower pressure was very low on the first night, fixed for the second night.

The location was really good
The hotel is ‘tired’ and could do with some attention and upgrades. The worst experience of the stay was at breakfast where the food and service was average at best. We didn’t bother going on the third morning.

The view was over a garden and into another block of the complex. Location was good and the overall the facilities looked nice but we arrived late and left early so didn't use them. Parking was available for an extra $20. Room was well appointed, clean and modern.
There was a constant hum in the room and we hunted everywhere to see if there was anything that could be turned off.
To make it worse the bathroom vents were working all night - we did close the bathroom door which dulled that noise. Beds too soft for us but that is a personal preference. I booked late on a busy weekend so guess the room price would have been inflated and if not the room would have offered value for money.
