The Island Resort is well maitained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well furnished and food prices are at reasonable prices. Would reccomend for island getaway

Great location and place to getaway.
Tour program is a bit sketchy particularly the lack of consistent island tours . If you want to do those you need to dig right into the fine print to try and find out if they will be running when you are intending to stay.
Accommodation is basic and the resort is working through upgrades but if you temper your expectations is more than adequate.
Food options on the resort cater to different tastes and the prices while a little high are reflective of the island location with the exception of the Asian dining which is excessively priced for what it was .
We enjoyed our weekend greatly. Accessible location with a little planning that makes you definitely feel like you've got away from the rat race

An unpretentious resort. Ferry transfers well organised each end. Able to organise late checkout for afternoon departures. Food and drink is pricey. It rained a lot and there is no cover between buildings, or to the ferry, so ponchos from Reception were very useful. Staff go above and beyond. We plan to return. It would be good to have a paddling pool for little people as the pools are deep .
