Loved the location and decor and the team members were fab! Our room was lovely (apart from the double bed) - prob my fault as I should have checked bed size!
The bed size - the room was big enough to take a king but it was just a double bed. My fault for not checking!

Good location for need
Money grabbing. Never a fan of having to pay in a private hotel car park when I’ve paid to stay there

Location and facilities and room and hotel very clean
The room was small with a tiny ensuite. Room lacked storage for clothing and no drawers for smalls so had to leave clothes in case. Ensuite was so small you could touch walls on each side whilst on toilet and again no storage for toiletries. Asked reception to book a taxi to train station and private taxi booked who charged me £12 to go 2.5 miles. Next time would book myself
