Excellent location. Well equipped rooms which were very clean. Good breakfast to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was excellent, all items were good quality, well cooked and plentiful.
The receptionist, Sunita, was very helpful and kind.
The towels were a generous size and soft.
There was a good selection of quality teas and coffees in the room.
When we booked we thought that parking was a part of the package, until we looked again and found it to be an expensive extra.
We reported that the shower cubicle leaked, although it was a good walking shower.

Location and facilities and room and hotel very clean
The room was small with a tiny ensuite. Room lacked storage for clothing and no drawers for smalls so had to leave clothes in case. Ensuite was so small you could touch walls on each side whilst on toilet and again no storage for toiletries. Asked reception to book a taxi to train station and private taxi booked who charged me £12 to go 2.5 miles. Next time would book myself
