Views from the balcony were unbeatable. Staff doing an afternoon turnover was a nice touch. Room was spacious and elegantly furnished with all the amenities we appreciated like big plush towels & robes, room & beach slippers, etc. Staff were professional & friendly, ready to work on requests. Appreciated the bag that the beach towels came in. Kudos to all the front desk staff, especially Mario who went above & beyond.
Felt badly tracking sand in from our time on the beach. Was there a foot shower we didn’t know about?

We loved out room, including the balcony overlooking the beach. I also loved going to the breakfast early, before the crowd arrived. I sat in the corner and quietly enjoyed the beautiful view.

The location and especially the view is out of this world, I took a sea view room with Balcony and it really made the whole visit worthwhile. The staff and the food were excellent. Can’t be reached by car, hotel provide parking and there is a carry on service which you need to pay for.
Bed is a bet hard but the view makes you forget everything

Location
We stayed here 5 nights and booked a standard double room. Booking.com indicated we would have a bathtub, showed pictures of a large room with couch and multiple chairs including vanity area and windows. When we checked in, they indicated we were getting an “upgrade ocean view” but I’m confident that this room was much smaller and typically not used or booked (terrible bathroom, towels would hang touching the toilet and bidet and could barely move in the very small shower and one very very small couch chair and one small wood chair and photos of our room are not even depicted in the booking.com room options they clearly don’t show it for a reason).
Further the ocean view, while beautiful, is only seen if door to room is open and people walking by have full visibility into the room (limited people walking by, but still), no other windows so you are essentially in a dark room with no breeze or view unless you want people to see in.
We were there 5 nights and booked very in advance. I would have expected at the least that the room we booked would have been available if we opted for it. We even asked to be placed in our original room (non ocean view) and they said it wasn’t available, we asked twice and were very very nice.
The hotel had a different memory of our compliant so there must have been a language barrier.
