Brilliant for the family.

Great air con and location, but in need of serious improvement

stayed here during a very hot week (temperatures over 30°C), and the air conditioning in the apartment worked really well – it kept the place cool and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient – just a short walk to the seafront, supermarket, and bus stop, even though it's on a busy main road. The pool area was decent and towels were provided, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing. The bathroom was poorly designed: the shower curtain didn’t stop water flooding the floor, there were no shelves for toiletries (so we were constantly bending down in a tight space), and the hook for the shower head was broken, meaning you had to hold it. Hot water often ran out by early evening, so we had to plan showers carefully. The sofa was uncomfortable and unclean, with little padding. The mattress on the bed was also lumpy and not very restful. The kitchen area was tiny and poorly equipped meaning we didn’t cook, but even basic items like decent-sized glasses were missing. WiFi was only really usable near reception – in the room it was weak, with frequent dropouts. The balcony was very small, suitable for two people despite the apartment being advertised for three. While the apartment itself was clean on arrival, the communal areas didn’t match that standard – especially the pool/games room, which looked tired and dirty. Overall, the property feels run-down and in need of investment.

The pool is lovely as it is so hot in July. The gardens and communal space are great too. The hosts and staff are very friendly and helpful. The towels for the pool are a nice touch. Beds are really comfortable. Good air conditioning and very hot water. Kitchen well equipped and little extras like salt, pepper, sugar and oil really helps.

There’s some areas that could benefit from some basic maintenance.

The pool was nice and as Croatia and Dubrovnik is expensive, this is fairly good value 8 km outside Dubrovnik with a pool and 500 m from the beach. The no 10 bus passes nearby until 1am so it links the accommodation with Dubrovnik old town- if you want to go in some nights.,

Great pool, the room was great very big had 2 bathrooms. Owners are lovely and very helpful.

Our apartment wasn’t cleaned for the whole 6 days. We brushed and mopped ourselves. This wasn’t a problem for us but I’m sure for some people that wud b a problem.

worth the stay! amazing staff and a great place for families or groups

the location was in mlini, close to the beach there which had many bars, the beach closeby is less than 5 minutes walk and really clean and nice. if you ask the for a taxi they’ll call it and it’s around 10-15 mins from old town Dubrovnik by car. property has many facilities, a pool, pool seats, fridge, stove, balcony and pool tablets etc staff are really friendly and very family friendly environment

it was a bit far off from old town Dubrovnik have to get a taxi but it’s not too bad of a distance. the staff weren’t always at the reception and so it was hard to get into contact especially from coming from a different country but once sent messages on WhatsApp they would respond pretty quick and were helpful. it would have been better if the staff gave us a brief when they brought us into the apartment but that’s not a big issue. the place is a little overpriced but we booked last minute and during peak times so it’s understandable

Nice stay and good value for the money

Pool area was really nice, host was very friendly, nice basic equipment for cooking and good parking area, beach towels were provided daily. Many restaurants and shops close by

Perfect apartment

· Cosy apartment in a perfect location. Dubrovnik is reachable by regular boat (return 15 euro, 30 min), regular bus (not direct), car (not recommended because of parking), taxi (one way 30 euro) and cable car from Homeland War Museum Srd Mountain (return 27 euro). Apartment is well-equiped, has two bedroms and two bathrooms, air-conditioned. Our terace was next to the fantastic swimming pool. Beachtowels provided every day. Garden is beautiful and huge with lot of chill areas, grill, pooltable and many shadows. Restaurants, shops are nearby. Beach is 5 minutes away (back 15 mins, because of hill). The hosts are friendly and very helpful. I truly reccomend this house.

Cosy apartment in a perfect location. I really and honestly recommend Villa Brasina to anyone who need nice place to rest in Mlini.

- whole apartment (3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and individual balcony) (Superior Apartement), - individual terrace with barbecue, table with chairs, sunbeds, - there was no problem if we needed anything - we just had to say some from the crew. Srebreno beach is near but you have to go down stairs (a lot of them) but as anyone who visits those region of Croatia will see stairs and climbing is nothin unusual there. Lot of building have to be placed very high. Near (something like 300 m) is Maxi Kazuma - good market with decent prices and other shops. In opposite direction is Studentac Market (maybe 150m?). Overall location is very good - it's near the center of Mlini.

her ne kadar tesis sorumlularını görme imkanım olmadıysa da tesise vardığımda herşey çok kolay bir şekilde organize edilmişti. Odanın imkanları aile olarak konaklamaya müsait.

Hava çok soğuktu ve geceleri üşüdüm. Ancak ekstra bir battaniye alabilmek için tesiste bir yetkiliye ulaşamadım. Bir şekilde idare ettim. Klima gürültülü ancak etkin değildi maalesef. Ama bu tesisten keyif almamı engellemedi.

Oase van rust in Mlini

Villa Brasina is een heerlijke locatie om bij te komen van strand en activiteiten. Een oase van rust met heerlijk zwembad in een schitterende tuin vol met fruitbomen.

Er is een beetje achterstallig onderhoud maar dat was niet van invloed op onze heerlijke tijd in het appartement.

В розташуванні не сподобалось близькість дороги. На трасі не передбачені доріжки для пішоходів. Авто пересуваються так небезпечно, наче ти йдеш по швидкісній трасі. Але поряд є достойний магазин, де є іжа та декілька кафе. Пляж чудовий поряд, але назад повертатись до помешкання в горку. Важко. До дубровніка ходе автобус раз в 30-60 хвилин. Дорога займе 20-30 хвилин з чудовими краєвидами! Басеін на території классний. Територія велика, шезлонги та рушники безкоштовно. Але все як неухожене. Не зрозуміло, чому все в такому стані, як занедбане. Звязок з власниками не дуже добрий. На повідомлення відповідають вибірково. Багато питань залишають без уваги та без відповіді.

Відсутні маскітні сітки, турбують комарі, розчавлені по стінах. Дуже брудно. В душі грибок. На підлозі при заїзді була купа волосся чужого та піску. Наче номер був взагалі неприбраний. Чутно дорогу та небезпечно пересуватись. В басейні відпадає плитка та також є грибок. Поганий звязок з господарями

Leżaki i ręczniki na basenie były super. Lokalizacja blisko plaż i przystanku autobusowego do Dubrownika. Podstawowe wyposażenie w kuchni. Widok na morze z pokoju. Działająca klimatyzacja.

Wielkie robaki w pokoju, mające przynajmniej 10cm długości. Widok z okna na drugi dom odległy o parę metrów, okno w okno. Ogród w budowie. Basen wydaje się czysty dopóki nie popatrzy się przez co przepływa woda za barierką. Pokój pamiętający poprzednią epokę. Prysznic o wymiarach 1x1m bez możliwości powieszenia słuchawki. Płyta gazowa, która nie działa. Brak przechowalni bagażu, bagaże leżą w recepcji gdzie każdy ma do nich dostęp.

Aufenthalt in der Villa

Die Lage der Villa ist optimal, gute Verkehrsanbindung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Meer ganz in der Nähe, die Räume sind groß genug und gut ausgestattet, unser Balkon war mit dem Blick zum Meer.

Die Verbindung mit der Hausherrin ( schriftlich, telephonisch) hat nicht funktioniert. Wir wurden trotzdem rechtzeitig abgeholt und netterweise zurück zum Flughafen gebracht.

Bazén s lehátky a připravenými osuškami naprosto luxusní. Apartmán čistý a praktický. Velký plus za detaily, např. na balkoně věšák na prádlo, sůl, cukr a kafe na první den k dispozici. Pár minut chůze do OC s obchody (potraviny, lékárna, oblečení, drogerie). Pár minut na zastávku autobusu, který vás zaveze jak do Dubrovníku, tak do Cavtatu, oboje super výlety. Hostitelé nápomocní a milí.

Na můj vkus byla postel tvrdá a polštáře moc velké, ale ty mi hostitelka po mé žádosti vyměnila.
