Beds are very comfortable and a good shower. Dog friendly but a little expensive €30 with 2 dogs for one night. Nice location and remarkably quiet, considering it being next to A6. We amazingly saw a bever swimming up and down the lake whilst we enjoyed a beer on the veranda before we went inside. Air conditioning was a blessing and necessity as the room was 29C late evening. The restaurant, bar area and terrace look amazing, but they were closed earlier than advertised 😏

Staff were totally left to themselves without guidance or customer service, inept. The paying machine for the hotel extras didn’t work on two occasions so spent a lot of time waiting for staff to sort it out, but no apology. Weirdly, a hotel receptionist called us at 9.20pm whilst being out saying that we hadn’t checked in, yet we had, hours earlier. Breakfast staff also have to run the lovely looking shop and reception which meant we were unable to buy anything as not prepared to wait for shop service whilst they had to make drinks for other customers. The site was also unfinished, work in progress.

It was nice to be back. We've been here before, around 8 years ago. So this time was our second time. We are still impressed. The location, cozy nature around, clean and new facilities, like the shop and restaurant. The rooms are not spacious, but beautiful and convenient enough for sleeping, if one is continuing on a journey. It is a convenient and besutiful stopover hotel. All in all a really good experience and highly recommended. We love that is it a house boat. Nice concept. Ofcourse, the cozy shop. How lovely, they have a lot of cute stuffs. Will definitely book again. The hotel is cheaper than the other hotels near the city.

They have a construction going on, while we were there. They are upgrading the hotel. A little bit of noise and disorder. The dinner in the evening was another story. There were two of their staffs who were not so accommodating and impolite. One worker have a hard time communicating with us. The other worker was quite annoyed when we asked her to give the right drinks we ordered. But all in all the place is highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. The most wonderfoul hotel ever. The houses are on the water - birds and nature just over the window. You can seat outside and relax. bed very comfortable and room clean.

The room was clean but small, nothing special, staff was helpful, beautiful views from the window.

There is no way to make a hot drink in the room. Usually for a hotel room this expensive you would expect at least a kettle, really important if you stay during the winter. To get something hot you need to buy each drink at high price in their restaurant, which we did each morning. On our check-out with an 8 hour car drive in the snow we asked if we could at least fill a travel mug with hot water - but no, staff is only allowed to give you water if you pay the full price of another hot drink. This feels greedy.
