All things considered, absolutely wonderful!
The entire establishment is super clean. The parking lot is very close by. The rooms are spacious. The location is obviously amazing.
It is extremely hard, but still possible to kind of close the shower door when standing inside the shower. This is because there was no handle on the door on the inside. Showering with the door open would cause the floor outside to get very wet and in this situation, that would be very annoying.
I (at 185cm) personally have a hard time sleeping on a single bed. There are also no rooms with a double bed. I really wished some rooms offered a double bed. Trying to sleep on these two single beds as a double would cause me to fall in between.

Nice alpine style room and easy access to the slope in the morning.
The food was quite poor in the slope bar mostly deep fried straight out of the freezer and slightly overpriced.

Rooms need renovating, but comfortable enough. But the food is truly dreadful. A shame, because the bar, bar staff and l
Good location for the onsite ski world, and for cycling.
The food in both the buffet and the restaurant are really awful and getting worse every year. This trip was made worse with mice running around the restaurant. The kitchen don’t have a clue, and the food is reheated.

Used to be much better
Location next to the slope
Tired, uncomfortable old decor definitely seen better days. The food on site was poor.

Embarrassing
I arrived at the hotel at around 2 a.m. after a long journey. The check-in took more than an hour due to an issue with their system. They had accidentally checked someone else into my room earlier in the day, using my details - as I received messages during the day about paying for something for my stay, but I was not even close to the hotel, and not even my card details, so, it was someone else.
While we were trying to resolve this, a staff member asked me to follow him to the room to find out what was going on. What happened next was a joke. He knocked on the door at almost 3 a.m., waking up the guest who had been mistakenly checked into my room. Naturally, the guest was upset. The staff member then tried to confirm their name—with me standing there—disturbing another guest in the middle of the night. I honestly don’t know what he was trying to achieve. It’s not like they were going to move rooms at 3 a.m.
I had to insist that he just give me another room, as I was really tired. I eventually got one.
When I went to reception in the morning to check out and explained what had happened, the staff didn’t seem particularly concerned or apologetic. They were more focused on making sure I paid for the parking.
Awful customer service.
The ski slope looked good, though.

It is a good hotel but some requires some improvement.
Very convenient location for early training in SnowWorld, very friendly staff
The floor in the room is quite dirty, and some basic amenities are missing. There is no fridge and kettle available, which makes it difficult to prepare hot water, tea, or coffee.

An OK stay.
The hotel room was clean and the scenery was beautiful.
Lots to do - alpine coaster ski-ing, climbing as extras.
The toilet and shower door was frosted from the wrong side so you couldn't see out but people could see your silhouette through it.
Food and drinks were quite expensive.

Did like almost everything.
Extractor of vapors and odors from the bathroom always on even with the lights off. Disturbing sound of about 20 decibels, to fall asleep.

Pleasant 1 night stay
The room was clean, efficient layout, nice view (3rd floor), friendly reception
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, the door of the bathroom/toilet wasn't great, if one was in the shower, one couldn't go to the toilet because that side of the door was open (we were 3 in one room)

Affordable and convenient place to stay for a quick trip
Location has good access to activities (near the hotel, or in the Maastricht area).
Breakfast was so-so, room was not clean (cigarettes and cigarette package in the cupboard), uncomfortable pillows.

If you are using the slopes this is the only place to stay.
Breakfast far exceeded expectations for the price. Room was good, comfortable with good shower and room for luggage etc.
Only thing that could be improved was the blind on the window as with the outdoor lights being so bright there was a lot of light intruding which has a detrimental impact on my ability to sleep.

Breakfast good
Skiing fun for intermediates for a day
More of a hostel than a hotel
Bar menus uninspiring and loads of dirty glasses everywhere
Late checkout charges!

Pleasant
Great for one day of skiing or snowboarding. Everything is directly accessible, slopes, restaurants. The room itself was neat, clean and quite modern. But ...
Beds were too soft, the sofa for our kid was difficult to sleep on. You could hear people laughing and talking in the hallway at 3:00 at night loud and clear, no sound insulation at ll. And at 7:00 trucks started to pass by outside. On Sunday! That wasnt a good night sleep after quite a busy and active day at all. Actually, it was terrible. I would advice to book another hotel not far from there. Pay a bit more, but have a good rest afterwards.

Not Recommend.
Location, Location, Location
Bar staff, attempted to order drinks at the bar as we were sitting at the bar, told to order by waitress. 15 minutes later, still have not ordered, again attempted to order at the bar. We just left as service was terrible. , Rooms are very small. Do not recommend staying at this hotel, others are available.

Great facilities for a short getaway, but somewhat poorly managed
The concept of SnowWorld is definitely appealing, especially for families. Snow, winter sports, hotel, restaurants, all in one spot. It’s a very convenient setup for a short getaway. The hotel rooms aren’t huge, but they are nice and have an Alpine feel. The breakfast is quite good, too, and has many options.
We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We had done this before 4 years prior and had loved it. I was a little surprised to see that the Booking rating had since gone down quite a bit, and I unfortunately I now understand why. The management seems to have become a lot poorer in the last years. They seemed understaffed everywhere and we just didn’t get the impression that anyone truly cared. Things that should have been easy never were. For example, when we struggled with the online booking system for the NYE dinner (it was only in Dutch, there was no option to include kids under 4, it calculated the wrong price, then stopped working entirely), we kept emailing back and forth with the front desk and they kept referring us back to the system, then stopped responding for several days leaving us so frustrated we actually contemplated canceling the whole stay. They never responded to messages via Booking, either. This apparent disinterest in being helpful unfortunately carried over to several other interactions we had, e.g. when our key card stopped working and we were made to stand in a long line with all the new arrivals even though the very same person who had checked us in the day before stood behind the counter with nothing else to do. We did make it to the NYE dinner in the end, where everyone had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes to be shown their table because there was only 1 person doing the check-in and we were supposed to have been given a voucher by the front desk which we had never received. When we asked for the drinks menu they said there wasn’t one because the printer had made a mistake, so we mostly stuck to water, which seemed like it probably wasn’t great business for them. The kids playroom (very helpful to get through a long meal) was used to store furniture. None of these things were a big deal on their own but just created an overall impression of disinterest. It’s a great setup and we’d like to go again, but hopefully management will improve again.
