die ruhige Lage, die Nähe sowohl zum Ort alsauch zum Meer
die steile Treppe nach oben in die Schlafzimmer und keine Toilette oben im Badezimmer.

Toen wij er verbleven was het erg warm (boven de 30°C). Het apartement was gelegen aan de oostzijde van het (oude) gebouw (nr. 18) en daarmee hadden wij het getroffen (koel in de middag en avond).
Het apartement bevond zich op de bovenste verdieping van het (oude) gebouw. Aan de ene kant een voordeel (geen bovenburen), maar aan de andere kant een nadeel (4 trappen op).

very nice and friendly receptionist
Could be cleaner, hair and dust everywhere, many lime spots in the bathroom, blinds broken. Basically not too bad, but the price-performance ratio is not right. Quite expensive for an apartment without breakfast. For the same price I took a hotel one day later with breakfast and pool included.
