About this apartment rental
The building of about 1700, just renovated with quality materials but taking care to maintain the original structure, is equipped with all comforts. Located on the first and last floor in the quiet and peaceful historic center of Bernalda, it is 500 meters from Palazzo Margherita resort owned by Francis Ford Coppola (watch video on youtube “authentic Basilicata”) famous Bernaldesi-born director. Peace, tranquility, comfort, design, refinement and attention to detail will make guests enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The building has vaulted and pitched roofs about 5 meters high. There is a wi-fi network. The apartment has a bedroom with a standard double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed and a large bathroom with tub / shower.
All rooms have a television with digital terrestrial and satellite reception, living room, kitchen and fully functional fireplace. There is a wi-fi network. It is possible to use a parasol, 2 sun loungers and a parking space normally used by the property during the summer months, at the nearby Lido di Metaponto, blue flag 2018. The lounge has a fully functional fireplace.
The house is provided, in addition to all the necessary equipment for cooking, washer-dryers, hair dryers and ironing equipment and therefore makes guests perfectly autonomous who can use the appliances present for daily needs or in option to use the commercial services of the place . Guests will be provided with a small brochure illustrating the area with useful tips and more interesting places to visit. At 100 meters there is ample free parking. The structure is covered by an insurance policy that protects guests in the event of a claim within the building and its appurtenances.

La casa è in centro al paese, posizione ottima per visitare mare ed entroterra. L'abitazione è molto curata ed elegante, ci siamo trovati bene sia per gli spazi che per le dotazioni.
La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata scorrevole e veloce.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento nella settimana di Ferragosto: la casa è nuova e ben arredata; il proprietario gentilissimo e attento a ogni esigenza. Non manca nulla: è una super casa per una super vacanza in uno dei borghi più belli della Basilicata. Se pensate di venire nel Metapontino dovete soggiornare al Casale Bernardino!!!

In the historic part of Barnalda, tucked away in one of those charming little streets overlooking the hills - with its own entrance the apartment is beautifully done - a lot ofthought has gone into making it comfortable and an ideal place to spend a few days whilst visiting this historic small town.
The owner Vincenzo, couldnt have been more helpful, and we felt very looked after. Can recommend this apartment without reservations.
