The location is an absolutely top spot, just 10 meters from the sea, close to the grocery shops, restaurants and bus stops with good connections. Boat services are available too. The area isn’t overcrowded, so it is perfect for a family, or quite holiday.
Small but well-equipped kitchen.
Incredibly welcoming and warm host.
The only recommendation,
as our stay was eight days with kids, is that access to a washing machine is much needed, or if not, refreshing the bed linen and towels is recommended at least once on a long stay.

Excellent "airport" hotel, just 10-15 minutes driving to/from the Split airport. Only a few steps from the beach. Nice and helpful person welcomed us. He gave good introduction about the flat and the surrounding area. Clean apartment. Car parking available on the back yard, even bit difficult to get back to the street for the bad visibility round the 'corner.
Even we had sea view the area is not the most beautiful part of Croatia. There were quite heavy traffic on the street and that was bit disturbing. Hairdryer missing. No extract ventilation from the toilet.
