We were self catering so breakfast not include, but we had water, cola and wine in the fridge as a gift which was a nice touch.
The WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but once we complained it was soon sorted by Lyndsey (Thank you)

Location very good in very quiet and selective area with no intrusive overviewing from neighbours and I would recommed this apartment to others. A very friendly and accomodating host.
I was uncomfortable about the ornamental fixed steel frames across the windows preventing escape in case of fire but the apartment is fitted with smoke alarms which put me at ease.
