Villas Fleurs Marrakech

Kaunis ja tilava villa, jossa oli upea oma uima-allasalue. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja jokaisessa oma kylpyhuone. Mukavat sängyt. Aamiainen katettiin ulos katoksen alle. Yläkerran parvekkeelta oli hieno näköala vuorille. Kiva, että ulkonakin oli useampi istuskelupaikka. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja heidän kauttaan järjestyi ruoat, retket ja kaikki muukin mitä tarvittiin.

Ilman omaa autoa liikkuminen oli taksien varassa. Villan lähellä ei ole mitään kauppoja tai ravintoita. Villan kautta tilattava ruoka kävi tylsäksi muutaman päivän jälkeen, kun vietimme villassa koko viikon.

Often when you see photos of a villa or hotel online you are disappointed when you get there.... That is NOT the case with this villa!! It was everything we expected and more. We lived in luxury for the whole stay and the reception staff cannot do enough for you. They were slow to reply on booking.com but if you WhatsApp them they replied within a couple of hours. Anything we needed, they provided. They took us in their taxi to the shops whenever we needed it and if it was their local shop they did not charge us for it. They brought us extra food when requested, extra toiletries, loo roll, washing machine powder. When we had a bee problem they came and sorted it out for us immediately. We went full board and there was more than enough food, they also provided a vegetarian option and catered for someone with a food allergy. The food often came later than stated but it was always fresh and piping hot. The rooms were immaculate and the beds are so big!

There was a problem with swarms of bees as we had sugary drinks and food served outside but we sent the reception desk a WhatsApp message and they came around and sorted the issue immediately. We began eating inside and kept the doors closed through the day to prevent bugs entering the villa. One of the outside doors did not have a mesh net on it but the other two outside doors did have nets so this might have prevented the bugs. We decided to go full board but 3 of the guests (out of 13) did not enjoy the Moroccan menu and would have preferred more English food options.

Confortable, beau, le responsable et tout le personnel était à l’écoute. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Et je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Staffs were really helpful and nice

Internet was so so so so bad. We paid for breakfast but was no staff in the breakfast area and no breakfast when we got up to eat some food. Went so hungry and missed breakfast. The staff made up for it and offered us a reduced price/lovely lunch next day. Pool was freezing cold: not heated
