A wonderful place to enjoy your summer vacation

It was such a cosy villa with a private pool that the children loved! We had an apartment with two rooms as we are a family with 2 children and our own kitchen and own garden area with chairs and tables! The kitchen was fully equipped and the owners were so friendly and helpful and with very good english. We had a garage which was accessible with an automatic gate and this was really such a relief! We really enjoyed our stay!

There were ants coming in from the door to the kitchen but it didn’t bother us so much and otherwise no complaints

Comfortable house, friendly owners and great location.

The property is really comfortable, clean and easily accessible. It is well equipped, with all the necessary things you will need (towels, pans/pots, cutlery and so on). The swimming pool, and the garden with all the fruit trees give an additional relaxing touch. The owners (Frank and Giusy) are super friendly. Before our stay, the few times we messaged, they were fast with their replies and helpful with the questions. During our stay they were also super helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for our time in Sainte-Maxime. We would certainly go back.

. The hosts,Frank and Josie were absolutely outstanding. The facilities,were spotless. Everything you needed was already in the apartment. Including bin bags and barbecue stuff. The location is amazing. And it is a 4 minute drive downhill. To the beach. If you are on foot..its a slap.And suited too the athletic type. The entrance too the property, is behind electric gates,and only accessible, with a fob. As is the car park, behind electric gates .Everything in the apartment, cooker,fridge,utensils, looked brand new..The apartment was trendy, and modern.....I fully recommend these apartments...Very Veryan quite

Superb

Great apartment with lots of space, and a large outdoor area. We wanted to live just outside Saint-Maxime to experience some peace and quiet for Easter, so the location was perfect for us. The hosts are wonderful and warm people. They even came with some Easter chocolate one morning, we really appreciated it. We will recommend staying here with friends!

We had the basement apartment, so it could become a bit moist in the evenings if we forgot to put on the AC to dry it.

one of the best family trips ever

Frank and his family are exceptionally nice and helpful people. Frank can speak German, which was very welcome for us, because our french is lackluster. He can also talk very good english and by his own words some belgish :). We would be glad to come back next year, I can highly recommend the location for a family vaccation and for a quite time as a couple. The beach is only 800 meters away, and there is a big parking place nearby, so absolutly no problem to get to the pubilc beach. The swimming pool is amazing. Its about 11 meters long, filled with fresh water (no salt) and heated even in the summertime. The whole garden and pool area is clean and beautifully set up. The sun lounger and umbrellas are of high quality. You have a parking place at the house for your car. The Interior is nice, the bathrooms new and the beds are comfortable. I had to write a long summary because it was so worth going there. Again thanks to the hosts. I hope we see us again

The only little downside was the instability of the electric fuse. You could not simultaneously use the oven, the hearth and the dish washer at the same time. Even two out of the three sometimes didnt work. Thats completely ignorable in comparison to all good things you find there.

Tolle Lage aber nicht zufriedenstellende Unterkunft

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen und das man fussläufig zum Strand gehen konnte. Vorausgesagt das man gut zu Fuß ist. Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft leider nicht zufrieden. Das Apartment entsprach nicht der angegebenen Quadratmetern, aus der Beschreibung. Das zweite Zimmer war nur ein Durchgangszimmer, ohne Fenster und mit einer sehr unbequemen Schlafcouch. Unsere Kinder hatten nach der zweiten Nacht bereits Rückenschmerzen. In unseren Apartment gab es keine Schränke, um unsere Kleidung unterzubringen. Dazu kommt noch, dass das Apartment sehr beengend und feucht war. Unser Bekleidung war Tage nach der abreise immer noch sehr klamm.
