The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us a list of restaurants and bars to visit depending on our preferences. We stayed in their Deluxe Suite and the name lived up to the accommodations with a breathtaking view of the mountains and wild life with huge windows (automatic shades for privacy as well). The property was very well-kept with a nice pool, game room with functioning activities, and a great restaurant. The breakfast was one of the best I experienced in Brazil. There was even a small cave to explore in, but be careful as it was narrow in certain parts.
The lights in the tub were hard to turn off, but eventually we were able to figure it out (minor inconvenience). Otherwise, everything else was phenomenal

Breakfast was wonderful. Location - though hard to find at first - proved fantastic. View of the mountains and vertical landscape was great counterpoint to the Ouro Preto architecture.
