Big apartment. Big screen television. Good internet. Full bathroom with toilet plus another bathroom with toilet and sink. Excellent and immediate communication with owner. Only a 10-minute walk to the water and the center and another 10 minutes to a really excellent beach with restaurants.
It is a bit of a walk to the parking. There's almost never a parking space available next to the apartment. And it is kind of not correct to say that it's an air-conditioned apartment because there is only one air conditioning unit in the living room and the bedrooms are quite far down the hall. So they really have no impact from the air conditioner.
