Nice stay, I can recommend
I like this hotel,especially it situated in the center of the city. Employees are always polite and friendly. Despite, that working day finished, receptionist was going home,recognized me and helped. With room in general, I was satisfied.
I didn’t like, that despite “don’t disturb”, cleaning service came in and also they knock very shy, so to say. I never hear them knocking!

Excellent location and spacious, well-equipped rooms
I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The location is excellent—right in the city center and very close to the tram, which made getting to Cologne super easy. The room was spacious with large, comfortable beds and everything was spotless. I really appreciated the many amenities: a well-equipped kitchenette with Nescafe capsules, pots, pans, glasses, and cutlery, plus a TV for relaxing. The full wall of windows offered a lovely view of the street, adding a nice touch to the stay. Another big plus was the parking option for electric cars, which is not always easy to find. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-equipped place—I’d definitely recommend it!
We had to pay for parking even though it belonged to the hotel, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, everything could be managed digitally, so potentially there’s no real human interaction with staff—some people might find that convenient, but I personally missed the personal touch.

By far the one of the nicest, best arranged and spacious hotel rooms we have stayed in, in Germany
I don't think there was breakfast available - but the surrounding area had nice places to eat.
Maybe another mirror in the bathroom - making it easier get close up to apply makeup and contact lenses

Ok for short stay, … rooms facing main road not comfy.
Centrally located, modern & functional room.
No Air Conditioning. Avoid rooms towards main road as very noisy when leaving windows open for some fresh air over night.

Comfortable rooms very close to Phantasialand
Checking in was extremely easy. We did it after hours, so we used the automatic check-in machine just outside the entrance. It was easy and fast. The building was well maintained, secure and accessible. We had a joined room with my friends, but privacy was still maintained as each room had its own door. The shower was great, great pressure! And everything was very clean.
My husband didn't sleep so well. He was feeling very hot the whole night, as the duvets were quite warm. But he never craked the window open, so I would say that's more on him than on the hotel.

Nice hotel with good location and value, kind receptionist
Very centric in Bruhl and close to train station which takes you to Cologne downtown. Lot pf shops around.
When we arrive there was bit of sewage smell coming from bathroom but everything was clean.
