Excellent location and spacious, well-equipped rooms

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The location is excellent—right in the city center and very close to the tram, which made getting to Cologne super easy. The room was spacious with large, comfortable beds and everything was spotless. I really appreciated the many amenities: a well-equipped kitchenette with Nescafe capsules, pots, pans, glasses, and cutlery, plus a TV for relaxing. The full wall of windows offered a lovely view of the street, adding a nice touch to the stay. Another big plus was the parking option for electric cars, which is not always easy to find. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-equipped place—I’d definitely recommend it!

We had to pay for parking even though it belonged to the hotel, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, everything could be managed digitally, so potentially there’s no real human interaction with staff—some people might find that convenient, but I personally missed the personal touch.

By far the one of the nicest, best arranged and spacious hotel rooms we have stayed in, in Germany

I don't think there was breakfast available - but the surrounding area had nice places to eat.

Maybe another mirror in the bathroom - making it easier get close up to apply makeup and contact lenses

Ok for short stay, … rooms facing main road not comfy.

Centrally located, modern & functional room.

No Air Conditioning. Avoid rooms towards main road as very noisy when leaving windows open for some fresh air over night.

Comfortable rooms very close to Phantasialand

Checking in was extremely easy. We did it after hours, so we used the automatic check-in machine just outside the entrance. It was easy and fast. The building was well maintained, secure and accessible. We had a joined room with my friends, but privacy was still maintained as each room had its own door. The shower was great, great pressure! And everything was very clean.

My husband didn't sleep so well. He was feeling very hot the whole night, as the duvets were quite warm. But he never craked the window open, so I would say that's more on him than on the hotel.

Nice hotel with good location and value, kind receptionist

Very centric in Bruhl and close to train station which takes you to Cologne downtown. Lot pf shops around.

When we arrive there was bit of sewage smell coming from bathroom but everything was clean.

Wow. What a great hotel.

Staff here are amazing. Really friendly, and they answered all the questions I kept sending them on the hotel app really quickly. This hotel is ideal for visiting Phantasialand. A short 10 min walk up the high street and a right turn to where the bus picks you up and drops you off to the theme park. Hotel is really clean, safe and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The rooms were very spacious and having 2 bathrooms came in very useful Location to Phantasiland very good and a big supermarket next door

Lovely hotel and thank you for the upgrade

We were very lucky to receive an upgrade when we arrived for our 3 night stay. The hotel was easy to get to from Cologne central and even easier to get the bus to phantasialand. It has everything you need nearby, Aldi, restaurants and shops in the little shopping centre next door. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite with ensuites which was amazing and great after a long day at the parks. Super clean and comfortable.

The heat, the rooms can be a little warm and there is no AC. We did get fans in both rooms which did help a little but was right next to the road so sadly could not keep the windows open.

Convient and comfortable

Ideal central location in Brühl, situated next door to the shopping centre and a short walk from the tram stop. Large and modern room, and generous bathroom. We arrived overnight so the self service check-in screen was really helpful. The underground parking is reasonably priced and felt safe and well maintained also.

There was a fan provided and nice big windows but the room would have definitely benefited from having air-con to make the stay even more comfortable.

The internet was unreliable and unusable most days. A little noisy when neighbours moved chairs early in the morning. Electronic buzzer was loud and long when corridor door was being accessed.

Excellent room, which was exceptionally clean but no fridge & no hot water kettle were available.

There was a powerful Whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom, and also a rain shower, in a separate location and a safe in the room. The windows were sound proof. The bed was very comfortable. They provided a fan for the room. The room and the bathroom were absolutely and exceptionally clean.

There was no fridge in the room and no hot water kettle. The windows were sound proof. The doors to the hall way were not at all sound proof. There was no AC in the room. And no dustbin in the bathroom. They also did not change towels or make beds on a daily basis, but only every other day. Only the dustbin was emptied daily.

Check in is done at a machine. Very difficult to find the room and we didn't manage to find the parking. Also pretty expensive.

Ok - good location for Phantasialand

We booked two self catering apartments. 2 different dates. The 1st night it wasn't actually an apartment - no kettle, nothing. Real shame late at night when you want a cup of tea!! 2nd date was much better - an actual apartment.

Spotless and modern

Modern, clean and fresh. Arrived after midnight from the UK and the contactless check in terminals worked brilliantly. (Just a note: the hotel tried to take payment on our UK debit card which the bank declined due to it being overseas. I emailed them to confirm a new card and had a reply within 10 minutes, just something to note). Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Stayed for Phantasialand and it's only a 5 minute walk to the Shuttle bus or a 45 minute direct walk. There's a REWE supermarket in the shopping centre next door which came in handy

Would have been nice to include some basic tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is a vending coffee machine in communal areas but only accepted change. The rooms were hot, it was good for visiting in snowy winter but even with the heating off the room didn't lose heat quickly so I could imagine it getting very warm over summer.

very expensive for one night, water wasn’t working so taps and showers and toilets wouldn’t work. bed wasn’t entirely comfortable but overall, the experience was worth it.

Fantastic hotel in central bruhl near phantasialand

Really friendly check in staff, bar open till late with a great selection of alcohol bar staff very friendly and efficient too. Rooms were very clean and design of lobby and rooms were very nice and actually was shocked when I walked in with how nice the room was. Free breakfast too which was a plus. Hot water nice shower facilities and really close to bruhl and the shuttle bus for phantasialand which is where I was visiting or a 30 minute walk

Everything was great the only fault is that I'm vegan and they didn't have alot to offer for breakfast apart from fruit, bread and jam.
