The property is in a perfect position for access to the rail line into London, The communication with the owner was excellent and they accommodated our requests perfectly. Very highly recommended. Great facilites around the location, pubs restaurants, supermarkets etc. Had a great stay.

Lovely apartment, fabulous hosts

Loved the communication from the hosts, they were exceptional - so helpful. The apartment is perfectly located and beautifully set out. Comfortable and nicely appointed.

The sink placement in the bathroom is a bit awkward! I ended up cleaning my teeth in the sinl in the kitchen - no biggie!

Lovely apartment - Great location for travelling into London or Wembley stadium

Location was great, local amenities were spot on, all in walking distance including train station with a direct train to Marylebone that passes Wembley stadium. Such a good spot 👌🏼 car park next door, nice bar right across the road, location has everything you need! Apartment itself was lovely and clean and has everything you need and comfortable beds :)

Great location, clean and comfortable

Very convenient for the trains east and west, Oxford and London. The studio was a good size. The kitchenette had a microwave and hob, decent size fridge and with all the utensils, plates etc you would need. And clean.

It was a hot few days we were there (obviously not the Hosts' fault!) but being top floor the apartment was extremely hot. There were two fans supplied which helped. Also, I feel the venetian blinds could do with updating, I am average height and found them difficult to manage - good job my husband was there.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at Jean’s place in Beaconsfield. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. Jean was always available, incredibly friendly, and very accommodating — even letting us check out late with no fuss. When we mentioned that the outdoor bench was broken, she replaced it the very same day, so we could enjoy the evening outside. We truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you, Jean!

The property is in a great location and was the perfect place for us for a weekend visiting family in Beaconsfield. They also have air con in the living space which was very welcomed as it was 30+ during our stay.

Scraping the barrel as it was a great place but the sink in the bathroom is very small but that is due to the size of the en-suite and they couldn’t do anything different, just makes it awkward for washing your face or cleaning your teeth.

Great stay in Beaconsfield

Had a comfortable stay at Warwick Road Studios while attending a course at NFTS. Stayed in the smallest one, but it had everything I needed. Accidentally booked one night less than I intended and didn’t realize until Jean messaged me that I should already have checked out while I was at school😅- totally my mistake! Jean was understanding and we fixed that without giving me any problems, so very professional and nice:) Also easy to check in and out, close to the station,waitroses and some nice restaurants.

Great location - handy public parking. Very close to the centre of Beaconsfield.

Apartment 5 is looking "Tired". Kitchen cupboards need some work. The fridge unit is loose and falls forward if bottles are in the door. Bathroom cabinet door blown with damp. TV aerial needs sorting as ITV was literally no picture.

Nice compact cosy apartment, not suitable for peace and quiet tho.

The room was spacious. Had everything you needed. Was clean and cosy.

The bed was a pull down sofa bed, so mattress wasn’t too comfy. The entire building/ rooms are for sure built with wood and platerboards, sound and vibrations travel through the building way too easy. The doors to other rooms SLAM and the bang shudders through the building and are loud and disturbing!! It becomes annoying. You are also above a pub/restaurant. Although it’s a nice pub, it’s noisy. You can hear it all from the room I stayed in. I think it’s overpriced for the true comfort.

It is not the fault of the property or the landlords but the tyre place across the road (Broadway ) - the phone was ringing non stop from 7am until about 9am. Not something you can help at all.

Studio 6 was very compact

The location was nice there were lots of shops and lovely parks. The hosts were easy to get in touch with by text and were very friendly.

My partner loves to watch 'Four in a Bed' so did a few checks. The top of the wardrobe/kitchen area was very dusty and also the top of the bed frame. But it certainly wasn't a huge issue!
