This house is located inside a farm behind the splendid vineyards of Sella & Mosca, 8 km away from the airport and Alghero.
The cottage has an area of about 60 square meters. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette. Living room with dining area and double sofa bed. A double bedroom and a bathroom with dressing room
Outside a large shaded area, pergola with chairs and table and garden furniture
At 4 km there is a small town, Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. Alghero and its beaches can be reached in 15 minutes. The peripheral position favors smooth movements avoiding traffic leaving the city, especially in high season. It is essential to have a car. If you want to enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation, this is the place for you.
At guests' disposal and, shared with each other, the use of the swimming pool, 6m x 12m, tennis court (rackets available).
For wine lovers, it is possible to make visits and tastings in the nearby Sella & Mosca winery. Or, taste the wine of our small production!

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und können die Region um Alghero nur empfehlen. Landschaftlich vielfältig und eine sehr schöne Stadt. Das Agriturismo von Irene ist sehr schön. Traumhaft ruhig, gut eingerichtet, mit Pool und Tennis(hart)platz. Was will man mehr. Vielen Dank, Irene, auch für den tollen Wein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
