Place needs plenty of maintenance. Shower heads and cupboards. Grass needs mowing. Ensuite had hair on floor and shower was just a spout. Airconditioner kept things cosy. Could not park medium car in garage as rubbish was stacked up on rear wall. Beds were comfortable.

Vicki communicated really well and was very helpful.The property is in a quiet location far away from the madding crowd. Perfect for nature lovers.The garden is a small green paradise in itself.Two wonderful beaches are less than a kilometre away.There are clifftop walks nearby.We saw seals and sea lions a variety of birds.The property is wonderfully equipped with high quality items.On the negative side, no terrestrial TV and no central heating. Does have a log stove and electric wall mounted fan heater though.

No Wi-Fi or internet, this was a negative as not being able to stream entertainment in our down time. No egg flip made cooking breakfast a little more challenging. But for the cost and lactation, could not complain.
