House located in a village at the foot of Albères Laroque des albères, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, open kitchen and equipped on the living room, dining room.
Located at the foot of Albères (the easternmost part of the Pyrenees) and 10 km from the beaches of Argelès sur Mer, 30 minutes from Perthus our family home can accommodate up to 4 people. from April to October.
From the terrace you can see a breathtaking view of the mountain. Possibility of beautiful hikes or simple walks.
In the village you have a mini market, a butcher, a bakery, restaurants, a pharmacy. At 2-3 km you have a Carrefour Express.
The kitchen open to living room and dining room equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, hood ... 1 Bathroom and 1 toilet separated.
2 bedrooms with double bed 140/190, 2 terraces, barbecue, deck chairs .....

Maison très bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle, cuisine et salle de bain neuves. Le secteur de Laroque est très bien, balades en plaine au milieu des vignes et oliviers ou plus sportif dans les Alberes et à 15mn Argeles ou st Cyprien ou le boulou. En bref un excellent séjour m.

Nous avons apprécié le calme et l'emplacement de la location, à peine 10mn à pieds du centre ville.
Ville très agréable, historique, magasins de proximité, restaurants et départ de nombreuses balades.
La montagne à coté pour les randonnées et la mer à 25mn en voiture. En bref nous y retournerons
$$$$
