Small room but confortable very clean 3 block to beach 15 minutes walk to Center they have a refrigerator & microwave bottle water free
TV only two local channel but that's OK no big problem

Tolle Lage, nette und bemühte Betreiber. Man ist super schnell am Malecon, und der Mercado um die Ecke bietet alles fürs Frühstück!
Für die Toilette muss ein normaler Mitteleuropäer sich schon etwas falten.

The location is good near some local restaurants for breakfast. It's easy to walk to the boardwalk by the beach. The property has an easy access to the center of Mazatlan for exploring the city. The owner is nice and had great communication through WhatsApp.
The room is too small and the restroom is tiny.
