Superb apartment with everything you need, and a short walk to the lake!

- Great location with a short walk from the lake and boat stop! - Clean, tidy and very spacious - Excellent shower and comfortable beds - Great supplies in the kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal yourself - Very quiet neighbourhood - Parking space provided that’s directly outside the apartment - Super helpful and polite exchange on check in and out communications with the owner and agency - everything was perfectly planned for our arrival and departure

Amazing stay!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very well equipped, was very clean and spacious. Nothing was missing! The host was very helpful, friendly and easy to reach! The view from the bedroom is amazing! We would definitely recommend the apartment!

The parking situation was a little tough in the evening. No curtains in the bedroom.

Exceptional

Everything. First of all, the apartment was spotlessly clean. It has the best quality appliances and everything looks brand new. You can tell that it was meant to be a family apartment and not a touristic one. It's very spacious a functional, the beds are big and comfortable and it has plenty of light, air and amazing views. We have also greatly appreciated the parking spot in front of the building entrance. We have been here in early october, so the weather was neither cold nor hot and we didn't have any issues with the general temperature. It was very easy to check in and out too, we were 100% autonomous. We would definitely recommend it and come back here if we happened to be in this area!

Facilities in the room were adequate

No mention on the website on the 3 flight of stairs required b4 entering the apartment. Only mention is a 2 flr apartment. Surrounding apartments are mostly unoccupied which is fine, but a lot of it are unkept. Hence the gardens are unkept and plenty of mozzies. We didn’t dare to open our windows, hence the apt inside was stuffy and hot, no fan provided in the living area. The fan provided in the bedrooms cld hardly cool off the temp as it is rooftop. PAid $120 euros for cleaning charges, but had long instructions given by the host to clean up our own rubbish and put our dirty utensils in the dishwasher!

Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältniss der Unterkunft ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenig Küchenausstattung. Herd mit Induktion Kochtöpfe aber nicht. Mülleimer ohne Funktion. Bettbezüge waren aus niedriger Qualität. Fenster mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ohne Rolläden bzw. ohne Jalousien, dadurch heizen sich die Räume stark auf. Klimaanlage ist aber nicht vorhanden. Keine Ausstattung für Hunde obwohl die Unterkunft extra für Hunde sein soll......

Tolles und geräumiges Ferienappartement mit wundervollem Bluck auf den See

Das Appartement ist sehr groß und hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Sehr Vorteilhaft ist auch die Waschmaschine. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die zwei Balkone. Vom kleineren Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Auch vom Schlafzimmerfenster hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Die Kommunikation mit Irina (der Ansprechpartnerin in Bezug auf die Wohnung) hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir hatten defekte Balkonmöbel und die Markise hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben per WhatsApp geschrieben und sie hat sich sofort um neue Möbel gekümmert und um einen Elektriker, der sich der Markise angenommen hat. Auch den lauten Ventilator hat sie direkt am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht.

Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Appartement. Wäre die da gewesen, wäre es absolut perfekt gewesen.

Die Lage. Die beiden Balkone.

Zu wenig Geschirr. Das günstigste Geschirr war da, aber viel zu wenig für 4 Personen. Der Geschirrspüler ging kaputt und wurde dann leider nicht repariert. Schade. Auf der Terrasse waren die Möbel zerbrochen und die Polster verschmutzt.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage im großen und Ganzen ok

Möbel auf der Terrasse sind alle defekt, Toilettenbürsten in den Bädern müssen erneuert werden ,die Sammliung alter Toilettenbürsten in den Schränken sollte mal aufgelöst werden , zu viel privater Kram In den Schubladen ,Lampe unter Küchenschrank defekt ,Staubsauger in Küche defekt ,kleine Mülleimer in den Bädern alt und vergammelt , Klima wäre wünschenswert ,ging Bei uns aber ,da es nicht so heiß war.

Zdecydowanie brak klimatyzacji,tu na miejscu gospodarza zainwestowałabym bo to jedyny minus tego apartamentu a jednak bardzo istotny W okresie letnim przy 30st nie dało się spać w sypialni na piętrze gdzie widok był niesamowity ale niestety przez brak klimy po pierwszej nocy przenieśliśmy się na niższe piętro
