Appartement bien placé, bien équipé, assez grand pour 4 personnes
Légèrement bruyant au niveau de l’entrée et mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins (nous les entendions et eux aussi malheureusement)

Appartement idéalement situé, proche de tous commerces et transports en commun. Petite rue calme proche du mirador de Santa Catarina avec un super point de vue sur le tage. Idéal pour un petit verre en regardant le couchant du soleil, .....
Les petites ruelles à proximité en travaux, mais rien de vraiment gênant.

L emplacement, le confort, rapport/qualité prix, l équipement intérieur.
Ce n'est du fait du propriétaire mais l isolation phonique et le bruit des travaux étaient un peu gênant

La ducha
Cuando llegamos las calles aledañas estaban cortadas por obras. Nuestro anfitrión no nos advirtió sobre donde era más conveniente bajar del uber. Pará acceder había que subir una calle empedrada muy sucia. El colchón de la cama y el sofá cama eran duros. Nos tocó planta baja y se escuchaban muy fuerte los ruidos del piso de arriba y de la escalera, que está pegada al dormitorio
