Die Lage war prima, nur ein paar Gehminuten zu Fuß nach Lazise. Per Auto ging es auch schnell nach Bardolino.
Wir haben ganz in der Nähe eine Weinverkostung machen können und super Oliven Öl kaufen können. In der Nähe (5 Gehminuten) ist eine super Pizzeria und sehr günstig !!!
Unsere Betreuerin Frau Arietti (von Booking.com) war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat sich sofort um neue Liegen gekümmert für den Pool-Bereich !!! Super, wir würden gerne noch einmal dort Urlaub machen.
Es wohnen dort in der Anlage auch Eigentümer, leider haben diese nicht immer Rücksicht auf die vermieteten Wohnungen gemacht.

Sehr gute Innenausstattung (sogar mit Geschirrspüler).
Balkon mit fast durchgehend Sonne und Blick auf den Pool
Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt
Besonders hervorzuheben war jedoch die Betreuung durch Frau Arietti von Immobiliare Azzura: einfacher Check-In/Check-Out, jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und kompetent.
Ich wäre froh, bei jedem Urlaub so eine gute Unterstützung zu haben
Die Dusche ist sehr eng (wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben).

Apartament located in peaceful, quiet area with a beautiful view of the pool. 15min to the center of Lazise and 10min to the shop.
If you are with kids, it’s worth to know that the pool is closed during the siesta time (1:30-3:30 PM) and the inflatables and other toys are not allowed in the pool.

1. Our dog was welcome to stay in the apartment
2. The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Lazise

1: The bedsofa in the living/kitchen area wasn't comfortable (as sofa).
2. The showerspace in the bathroom is really small, too small.
3. The temperature of the water in the swimmingpool was, with 24-25 degrees C, too cold.
4. The absence of internet/wifi in the apartment, although we were informed about it.
