Apartament czysty na glanc. Ciekawy wystrój. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Całkiem bezpiecznie dla dwulatka.
Trochę trudno się połapać gdzie jest wejście na osiedle i gdzie jest brama wjazdowa. Parking znajduje się zaraz przy bramie, ale nie jest niczym zablokowany, więc może się zdarzyć, że ktoś inny będzie na nim stał.

Rolety zewnętrzne we wszystkich oknach, czystość, wyposażenie kuchni, przestronność.
Średnio wygodne łóżko sypialne, połamane krzesło w salonie, z którego spadłem, zepsuty toster, pusta solniczka i pieprzniczka, brak suszarki do włosów, nadwyraz skomplikowany opis dotyczący miejsca parkingowego na "lokalnym parkingu przed bramą".

Wielkość mieszkania.
Miejsce parkingowego zlokalizowane spory kawałek od samego mieszkania. Przez jedną dobę auto musiało być zaparkowane poza osiedlem bo brak kluczy do zapadek na miejscu parkingowym i miejsce zostało zajęte przez oby pojazd. Rama łóżka sypialnego z jednej strony nie przytwierdzona do stelaża. Brak alternatywy w takiej sytuacji na spanie w salonie gdyż sofa znajdująca się tam nie miała funkcji rozkładania.
