Lower West Curry Cottage is a charming beautifully renovated cottage situated near to Launceston in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps two people in one king-size double bedroom as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area, a sitting room and a utility room. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a garden with patio and furniture. Set in a wonderful countryside setting Lower West Curry Cottage is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Electric cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with freeview, DVD, 4K Blue ray player, Superfast Fibre Broadband, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking which is covered for two cars. Electric car charging point available with costs payable to the owner. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Four well behaved dogs welcome and dog treats and towels left for pets on arrival.There is a £25.00 supplement per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Local farm shop and The Stumble Inn 1 mile, larger village shop 3 miles The cottage can be booked with the adjacent farmhouse ref 954402 sleeping 10 in total. Single sofa bed available, there is a charge for this and will need to be requested via the owner before arrival. A meal can be provided and left in the fridge for your arrival. Food deliveries are available at this postcode. The bird feeders attract a wide variety of birds, over 30 species have been spotted. Local dog friendly Beach Black Rock at Widemouth 10 miles away
