We had a wonderful time at Jims place for our family vacation! This is our 2nd time staying there. The condo is exactly as listed. Beautiful, spacious, clean, close to the beach and boards.

This was a great property. Perfect size, clean and beautiful. Loved the kitchen, comfortable beds, and large deck areas to hang out on. My only complaints are it is listed as 3 queen beds, it's really 2 queens and a full size futon on a bed frame. It wasn't a huge deal but don't list as 3 queens. It was also a little far from all the action of the boardwalk, so a LOT of walking. We tried to use the tram as much as possible but at times it was full or not running. Otherwise, it was a wonderful space.
