Appartamento pulito (fornito di folletto) in posizione ottima. Complesso condominiale tranquillo e sicuro, dotato di posto auto

La casa nel complesso è bella molto luminosa nuova in un ottima posizione vicino al mare 150m spiaggia libera. Posto auto garage a pagamento sotto casa molto comodo. Terrazzo esterno con piccolo giardino. Ventola in cucina. Grande cucina frigo. TV 32 pollici.
Aria condizionata solo in una camera. Mancanza zanzariere. Mancanza divanetto come da foto solo sedie. Ventola bagno senza finestra non funzionante !! Doccia un po' piccola. Pagato il massimo della tariffa animale (50€)anche se il gatto era di taglia piccolissima. Secchi differenziata lontani. Spiaggia libera di fronte delimitata dai stabilimenti.

Le foto non gli rendono merito. Pulita, mobili nuovi e tutto molto funzionale. Due terrazzi uno attrezzato per colazione e pranzi. Tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa lavastoviglie ben funzionanti. Posizione perfetta di fronte a spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata. Possibilità di usufruire persino di posto auto in box sottostante la casa.
