Enjoy this beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom newly renovated apartment. Located downtown Green Lake within walking distance to the lake, restaurants, park and retail shops. Can sleep up to 4 people with one queen bed and one pull out couch with linens provided. The apartment comes fully furnished with linens, a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes an flatware. Also included are all towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap.

The property looks brand new and in pristine condition. The central air conditioning was welcome during the hot days. It's also quiet. We plan to stay many more times since we visit the area often to visit family.

Mona K’s was a great little apartment to stay in while visiting family in Green Lake. It would be a great summer vacation rental too. Right in the heart of downtown Green Lake. Close to the lake and easy to walk to downtown shops and restaurants. I found a cute little coffee shop just a one minute walk down the street. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Very nice looking too. It was just the right amount of space for my son and I. He slept on the pull out couch which he said was surprisingly comfortable for a sofa bed. The kitchen was ready for us to keep things in the fridge or make a quick breakfast but you would be able to make a full dinner there. The bathroom was nice with a nice size shower. The hallway leading to the apartment was also nicely updated and decorated and clean. I felt very secure with a lock to the outside door as well as the lock to our apartment door. All communication with the renters was very smooth, easy and clear. They responded promptly to any questions. There is a parking space behind the building which was convenient. We were very happy with our stay at Mona K’s I would definitely recommend and I would also come back in the future! Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the rental. The first thing we noticed is how cute and clean it is. We were very impressed. We will stay again.
