This incredible Single Family home with private heated pool and spa with Tiki is convenient to all the best things to do in Southwest Florida... a quick walk to the powder fine sand beaches at Ft Myers Beach & the action at Times Square area, yet provides a quiet, private “get-away” in a nice residential area. We incorporate chemical free, organic, plant-based products in our cleaning protocols when possible. Towels, linens, kitchenware, pantry items & grill, beach gear, bikes, and free washer/dryer. Just bring you and yours!
Our beautiful heated saltwater pool and spa is a tropical oasis. The sun shelf and bubbler, is great for littles to splash in & adults to tan comfortably. Tropical landscaping & massive pool deck, complete with gas grill, Native built Chickee Hut, and numerous seating options, is waiting to help you unwind after a long day of shopping, shelling or beaching! Great family memories are made here!
Our newer home features zoned air conditioning and large open kitchen/dining/living great room area well suited to socialization. Bedrooms have NO adjoining walls, and each have their own large Smart TV and closets. Your group will NOT be “on top” of each other, making for a much more enjoyable time for everyone! Seating for 10 or more at the large custom built dining table plus even more seating at the spacious island counter-top. 2 brand new leather reclining sofas and sleeper sofa in the living room provide plenty of sitting space and extra sleeping area. 5 large Smart TVs in the living area and each bedroom have Hulu provided. Of course we also have fast, free whole house Wi-Fi, to satisfy your need to be connected, and a large front load washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Please note: Our photos are taken with a normal lens phone camera, not a professional with a wide angle lens to take misleading photos! You’ll find our home spacious, never cramped! Look at the photos of any place you are considering carefully to determine if a wide angle lens has been used making a small area look MUCH larger, then check the square footage. 8, 10 or 12 people in an 800-1000 sq ft place? No thanks!! Our home is almost 2700 square ft, privately owned, and operated/managed by the owner to provide the most personal service. We readily accept certified service animals.
The amazing SPACIOUS King size Master Ensuite on the top floor has it’s own PRIVATE balcony, a beautiful walk in shower with two showerheads with built in seat, separate toilet room, dual sinks, and even a peek at the gulf!
The 2nd King Master bedroom on the main floor has a 4 post bed, and an en suite tub/shower combination bathroom with separate toilet room. There is a 1/2 bath just across the hall, as well as a full-size, front load washer and dryer.
The 3rd bedroom is on the top floor, has a Queen size bed, and a dedicated tub/shower combination bathroom just around the corner and room darkening shades.
The 4th bedroom is on the main floor has a brand new queen size bed and room darkening shades.
The sofa sleeper in the living area provides sleeping for 2 more adults. There are also lots of options for the 2 twin size rollaway beds and several air mattresses we have available as well the 2 pack n plays, and a toddler cot for littles.
All four bedrooms have full-size closets with hangers, bedside tables with alarm clocks, smart TVs and remote controlled lights and ceiling fans. None of the sleeping areas share adjoining walls, so you won’t hear the other’s TV or snoring, and they won’t hear your conversations! Central air conditioning is zoned, to cool you down after enjoying the sun all day!
There are also 2 high chairs and a double and a single stroller available for the smallest guests. Rates are for up to 10 guests, so please enter the actual number in your party when sending a booking request or inquiry, including infants to get an accurate quote and to expedite your booking.
Ample off street parking is available for up to four vehicles, or a moderately sized motor home. You may also choose to garage up to two more cars, or your golf clubs, kayaks or paddle boards. A beach cart, wagon, beach chairs and beach towels are available for your enjoyment as well as a small cooler and 4 adult bicycles.. We also have family friendly games & cards, dice, books, a BlueRay DVD player and nice selection of movies, free whole house WiFi available for your stay-in together time.

Sip your favorite beverage and gather around by the pool or play one of the games provided until you settle into your room for the night.
Please note: The main living area and 2 bedrooms require navigating a full flight of stairs. The remaining 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths are up yet another flight of stairs.
