Home2Book Beautiful Apart Los Cristianos Pool Wifi

La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos minutos de la playa de Los Cristianos y rodeado de restaurantes, supermercados y zonas de paseo. Además, el complejo es tranquilo y dispone de una piscina perfecta para relajarse. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto, las camas son muy cómodas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario, lo que nos permitió sentirnos como en casa. Los anfitriones fueron siempre disponibles y atentos a cada detalle. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos encantados.

Було занадто жарко в серпні, вентилятор не допоміг. Поганий злив в душовій кабіні. Рушники були занадто старі і їх багато років як використовують, з дірками. Були відсутні рушники для рук та обличчя, а також під ноги у ванній кімнаті.

Perfect localisation, close distance to the beach, shops ,restaurants, free bus to Siam park just 300m from the apartment,taxi stop next door.Apartment was clean and spacious. If Home2book would improve their services with keys delivery , we would rent it again.

While we arrived, we were waiting 40 min (from 9 pm)with elderly parents for the person ,who should give us the keys.Platform does not want to give us a phone number to that person. The swimming pool was closed for most days, but we had to pay for an apartment with a swimming pool. My advice for Home2book is to have a key box out the gate as a few other apartments and self check in.That could resolve this problem. Also, there is a problem with the address. Platform is giving u the wrong address with number 2 instead of 33.Taxi driver recognized address by the gate on the picture. So there is a lot to improve by Home2book.

The building (entrance, lift, stairs) was clean, the pool was nice, and the parking garage was very comfortable and secure. The kitchen appliances worked well but was very narrow. The 3 bedrooms and living room furniture were very acceptable. The balcony was big and had a nice view of the swimming pool. The staff check in was very kind, cooperative and helpful. At the check in and checkout, especially Santi.

Both bathrooms had no ventilators,the bathroom doors were inconsistent, the door of the shower cabin was damaged and the drainage of the shower cabin was weak. There were frequent cockroaches in the bathroom. The balcony is titled. The laundry hanger was broken. The refrigerator was small for a 5 person stay. The hotels and restaurants were loud at night and the nearby Indian Restaurant released a foul smell at times of the day. The beach was dirty and had engine oil spillage from the nearby ships.
