Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement situé en plein cœur de la ville. Très lumineux, spacieux et bien équipé. Avec les températures de cet été, la Clim était la bienvenue. Emplacement top, permettant de visiter à pied les meilleurs coins et recoins de la ville. Possibilité de profiter de tarifs abonnés dans l’un des parkings du centre.
L’appartement se trouve au 4eme sans ascenseur, cela peut compliqué d’accès pour certains. Aussi l’appartement se trouvant dans hyper centre piéton, les parkings sont un peu éloignés, attention aux bagages!

La ubicación y la estructura del ático
Falta de mantenimiento. Fuga de agua en un baño. Deficiente estanqueidad de la ventana del balcón que posibilita un exceso de ruido en la noche. Enchufes mal instalados. Escasa lista de canales en la TV. Ruter wiffi mal instalado, tirado en el suelo.
