Bonito apartamento en un chalet individual. Amplio, con dos espacios independientes, cocina equipada, terraza con vistas al mar, fácil de aparcar en la puerta. Muy amables y agradables.

Había bichos, pero es que está en medio de la naturaleza.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and each bedroom had its own air-conditioning unit, which made the apartment very comfortable during the warmer weather. The location was peaceful and quiet, while still being conveniently close to everything. Rovinj Old Town was about a 15-minute walk away, and the nearest beach was only around 10 minutes on foot. There are also shops and supermarkets just a short drive away. The walk back from town is a little uphill, but we didn’t mind it. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it may be worth noting for guests with mobility concerns. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. Our host was welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. She also noticed that it was my son’s birthday and kindly left him a sweet gift, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.

Everything was great.

Изключително чист апартамент, с всички удобства. Помислено е за всеки детайл. На кратко пешеходно разстояние от стария град на Ровин. Домакините бяха много мили и услужливи - изпраха ни дрехите в своята пералня, почерпиха ни с домашна местна ракия. Благодарим ви за гостоприемството.

The place is nice, 10 minutes walk to the city center

You'll not find salt, teabags or ice in the fridge, but you find screw on the floor to hurt your feet (I found it during first 10 minutes and hurt my feet). That's because the host had not enough time to fix the floor, despite the fact we checked in at 21-00 Additional payment 30 kuna cash, i didn't catch why (maybe for the screw sticking out of the floor?)
