Great stay in family hotel Gardenia

Nice friendly family run business.Our room was newly refurbished,balcony with chairs is great.Bathroom is comfortable.I appreciated chance to park my car just next to the main building because it may be challenging to park nearby.Breakfast was fresh and tasty,with good selection,we loved it.Great feature of this hotel is swimming pool,where you can order snacks and drinks to pool side and also there are nearby brand new toilettes if you need so.Hotel offeres allocated sunbeds free of charge on the beach less than 3 min walk from the reception.As a guests we had 10% off in hotel bar and restaurant,pizza and tiramisu was fantastic and staff is attentative and kind.In general I can only recommend this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to come again.Also I'd like to highlight price of our stay, mid June, 2 people including breakfast 940euro in total which I believe is very convenient.Caorle centrum is few minutes on feet only where you have endless opportunities to have a coffee/ice cream/drink/food all great and tasty as expected in Italy :).

Only minor issues - bed itself was only 60 cm and was not really comfortable. For breakfast I'd expect little bit more of vegetables.

Expression from booking.com does not meet reality

parasol and lounger are included in the price. However, not on arrival and departure day.

the pictures shown give the impression it would be a very fancy newly renovated place. This is definitely not the. I also find the price for the stay fare too much for the value I´ve got in return. Car park is about 1,5 km away.

the breakfast was fantastic , huge amount of food to choose from !!!! we also had dinner the night before which was also very good and great value for money !!!! THE POOL WAS ALSO FANTASTIC

The hotel located in the very convenient place, a couple of minutes to the beach with reserved sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of greens and vegetables, everything was tasty, friendly staff (the friendliness of them needs a special mention!) filled the trays immediately. The swimming pool is beyond the expectations - simply fantastic!. Apero and cocktail in bar were great, special thanks for the personnel for that. In general., this hotel can be recommended to stay. If I go next time to Caorle, it will be in the top of my list.

A bit noisy room because of traffic on the street - but this is inevitable if you stay in the second building. The air conditioning worked like it needs some repair or refilling (it "died" actually on our last day). Coffee on the breakfast was of a very poor (especially for Italy!) quality, which was about the only one thing I did not like and had to replace it with infusion tea, which was very good. There was a problem with parking on-site but the staff members helped immediately to find a free parking around.

Close to beach. Very kind staff (at least with whom I could communicate in English or German...). Good restaurant, it is recommended to try their seafood, we enjoyed it, and also the italian coffee!

The walls are paper thin. Which is bad when you have neighbors who are shouting and singing loud from early afternoon to midnight... Unfortunately the staff in the afternoon did not speak English or German which made it harder to communicate that this is indeed a problem. So in case quiet and relaxation is important for you, I would suggest to avoid even if the staff is kind which speaks languages.

Overall good, but could be better!

Staff was generally kind and helpful. Room size was also OK. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center and the beach. It also has a private beach section, and the room rate included a set of two sunbeds and beach umbrella. Also, the poo was great and we ended up hanging out there every late afternoon.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room and it was rather dark. Buffet breakfast was not as great as the ratings led us believe. All in all I felt that the price was high for the quality of service.

Alles bestes!

Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr lecker mit viele leckeren Angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und neu. Das Restaurant hat super Preise und das Essen ist auch sehr gut, vor allem die Pizza. Der Swimmingpool ist ebenfalls sauber gehalten und ein Personal kommt öfters vorbei wenn man was zu trinken bestellen möchte. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und Nähe des Zentrums sowie Strand gelegen.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal bietet sich aber an die Gäste mit einem Shuttle Van zum Parkplatz zu fahren, was weiter entfernt vom Hotel liegt. Am Strand arbeitet kein Personal bei der Hilfe der Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir waren zu dritt, haben aber nur zwei Liegen erhalten und der Schirm war kaputt und mussten es selbstständig wechseln. Wäre toll wenn das Personal etwas positiver zu den Gästen wären ( öfters mal begrüßen und lächeln) und eine gute Heimfahrt wünscht wenn man sich verabschiedet. Das Haus vor dem Swimmingpool sollte mal neu gestrichen werden da es hinfällig ist und sehr depressiv auf den wohlverdienten Urlaub wirkt.

Nagyon jó helyen, mindenhez közel volt. A reggeli bőséges, nagyon finom, minden igényt kielégítő. A medence is kellemes, jól használható, napágyakkal árnyékolóval, élmény elemekkel. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Personal war sehr nett. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Frühstücksbuffet war echt reichlich und es gab eine Menge an Auswahl. !!! Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und wurde auch immer durch das Personal gereinigt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!

Unser Aufenthalt hat gepasst

Ein übliches Hotel für einen Badeurlaub.Die Lage ist gut wie schon oft beschrieben,nahe am Strand und fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten von der belebten Altstadt entfernt.Wir ,zwei Erwachsene ,waren jeden Abend im Hotelrestaurant essen. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich flink und das schmackhafte und reichliche Essen war in kurzer Zeit auf dem Tisch. Zu Zweit bezahlten wir für ein vollständiges Essen,Salat und Getränken zwischen 40 und 50 Euro. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt.

Leider war der Zimmerservice nicht sehr zuverlässig .Für beleibte Menschen wäre es im Bad sehr knapp geworden. Schade,daß man beim Auschecken kein Danke,Aufwiedersehen oder hat es ihnen gefallen, hört.

Příjemny hotel na krásném místě, krásný bazén, slunečníky a lehátka zdarma na soukromé pláži.

Fantastické snídaně i restaurace patřící k hotelu.Kousek od pláže i do centra. Ochotný personál.

Snad jen parkování, není u hotelu, ale personál vás zaveze k parkovišti mimo hotel a odveze vás zpět.
