There isn't much in the immediate area, but it's a convenient walk into the city. In 15 minutes you can be at Sahlen's Park for baseball, Chippewa St for nightlife, or a few block from KeyBank Center for the Sabres! Solid location, and great value for the price.

Perfect location. We walked easily to the venue we attended, and from there, easily to downtown. Clean and spacious with a garage - what a treat!

Gracious host. We had some initial technical difficulties but we sorted them. We had everything we needed.

The listing calls for 3BR. 2B. 1HB this is very misleading making you think there is 2 and 1/2 baths when in reality there’s only 1 1/2 baths so it was very inconvenient for 5 people. And when we arrived around 4a.m. The air conditioner was not even turned on so it was extremely uncomfortable. Also the area being next to the center there were police across the street every night we were there which was a little uncomfortable as well.
