The location is quiet next to wood, yet the nearest beach is about 10' walk through the forest and there is a grocery store within 5' walking distance. Parking is just in front of the apartment and the area felt very safe for kids.

There is not much privacy and quite often there was not hot water. The apartments are divided by very thin walls so you get to hear your neighbours. The inner yard with tables and grill feels very packed since there are about 5 apartments and so your neighbours watch directly inside your living room from maybe 5m when they sit outside. You can of course blank the windows but then your living room turns into a cave since there are no other windows. We had to wait sometimes late into the night until the water got warm since the boiler is switched on only at certain intervals. I think this is acceptable at some cottage but not at a holiday apartment. No towels provided, so bring your own.
