The appartment has all the amenities required for a very pleasant stay. Fully eqiupped kitchen (with a microwave, a dishwasher), fully eqiupped bathroom (inclusing a washing machine), a vacum cleaner, a nice balcony with a view and furniture are enabling guests to fully enjoy the stay. Cosy swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas create a relaxing place to enjoy the sun. There is also a small shop approx 300m from the appartment to where you can buy groceries. In front of the house you can find a car parking. The owner is very friendly and responsive when it comes to any support guests may have.

The appartment is located high above the city of Lovran, far from any of the public beaches and the city centre. To reach the city (or the beach) guests would have to use their cars or a local bus (fortunately the bus stop is located in front of the house).
