About this villa rental
Beautiful villa in typical Moorish-southern French style, with views over the old town of St. Tropez, within walking distance (5-10 min.) To the city center (Place des Lices, Marina), also located in a quiet cul de sac, in the only single-family homes are allowed.
Spacious bright living room (2 sofas, 1 table for 8 people, with views over St. Tropez, TV, DVD, stereo, WiFi), covered terrace with summer kitchen, gr. Dining table and aperitif table.
Circumferential garden with chairs and abdeckbarem and heated swimming pool, 200 year old olive trees, herb garden, flower beds, very well maintained. The pool area can be separated by a safety fence for small children.
Large kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, Gr. Refrigerator with icemaker, Nespresso ...) with dining counter, private glazed passage to the terrace / garden and open to the living room.
Separate sleeping area: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the basement

All rooms (except living room) equipped with shutters, so you can sleep undisturbed from heat and light long! All inputs are protected by modern security locks or electrical grid.
