Bel appartement situé dans un palace ancien, au coeur de la vieille ville de Fermo. Claudia nous a accueilli avec bienveillance, la communication était rapide et facile. L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. La literie est confortable et l'appartement est très propre.

The old part of Fermo is amazingly beautiful! The apartment is almost in the center in an old church. You can do everything in Fermo within walking distance. The people of the apartment are super friendly and helpful and they offer a free garage for your car. It couln´t have been better! Highly recommended!

This is a great apartment in an interesting city, with access to the sea and mountains and a garage available for your car a few hundred meters away. Our host was available by messaging and through two helpful individuals who took care of the site. We had a small problem with the shower, which was quickly resolved.
Accessibility was OK at the margin for us, a couple in our 70s, and would be a deal-breaker for anyone with true mobility issues. Getting to the apartment entrance involves some climbing of cobblestone streets and steps. Once inside, it's a bilocale (two-level apartment) with bath and bedroom up some fairly steep steps. Nevertheless, if you can handle that, it's a good deal.
The city itself is a bit hard to get around on foot due to the hills. If you come here, have someone show you where the elevator to the Piazza del Popolo is. We found it the second day and it made things a lot easier.
