Large open plan living/dining area and kitchen, opens up to the sunken courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ, 2nd fireplace and front deck.
Floor to ceiling double glazed windows in all rooms.
Ideal Location for both a Summer or Winter Holiday.

BEDROOM 1: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom with a view over Emu Bay, walk in robe, sliding door leading to front deck
BEDROOM 2: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom with a view over Emu Bay, walk in robe, sliding door leading to front deck
BEDROOM 3: Either 2 Long Single beds or 1 King bed, large built in robe
BEDROOM 4: 2 Long Single Beds, large built in robe
*all bedrooms have Reverse Cycle Ducted Airconditioning and Ceiling Fans
3rd Bathroom with Freestanding Bath (with view over Emu Bay) and separate toilet

Beautiful home with amazing views. Great location for exploring KI. There was a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and lovely Kangaroo Island toiletries.

Luxury accommodation, excellent views surrounded by wildlife and close to a fantastic beach. The house includes all the things for a perfect home away from home experience in a quiet & peaceful location.

Beautifully appointed with views to die for!We had a 4 day stay and wished we were staying 4 weeks! Such a beautiful space to spend some downtime ❤️
