This amazing 5 bedroom villa for 14 people is only 18 km from the beaches of Salou!
Enjoy the complete relaxation in this spacious villa. A colorful exterior welcomes you to the land of 4250 square meters with its own private pool (3m x 8m) surrounded by palm trees, sun loungers and umbrellas, all accompanied by beautiful views of the Spanish mountains.
Inside the two-story villa of 250 square meters, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a charming dining room and a comfortable living room. The 5 rooms are distributed as follows: (1) a double bed (160cm), (2) a double bed (160cm), (3) a double bed (160cm) plus an extra mattress of 70cm for a child (4) a double bed (160cm) plus an extra mattress of 70cm for a child, (5) 2 x double beds (135cm) and an optional single camp bed of 80cm. The beds in the first four rooms are 1.60m, providing additional space for comfort.
Ground Floor
Hall, living room, kitchen equipped with crockery and appliances, pantry, bathroom, cloakroom, terrace with drying rack, barbecue area, play area, garden, swimming pool with waterfall, a room with three 135cm beds with toilet, parking area and decorative waterfall.
First Floor
Four double bedrooms with 160cm beds, one of them a suite with a hydromassage shower, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, a baby cot and two terraces.
This beautiful property also has 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 bathrooms with shower and a toilet (WC).
The property is located near a main highway, which means that it is easy to access from all the main routes that take you directly to the nearest beach or city; however you are able to hear some traffic noise from this location.

Estancia perfecta! Todo fácil. Lugar con brisa agradable durante el intenso calor. La piscina y la zona ajardinada son muy cómodas. Fuimos 14 personas y estuvimos muy cómodas.

Très belle villa, avec du caractère, bien entretenue, propre, très fonctionnelle, à l’intérieur comme extérieur avec le coin repas, barbecue, four à pizzas. Grand terrain avec pelouse, arbustes , pour s’amuser avec les enfants, s’isoler pour lire…Belle piscine avec une douche sous un décor rocheux. Service client disponible et cordial par messagerie. La villa est très proche en voiture d’un bon supermarché à La Selva. Les plages, le port de Cambrils sont à environ 20-30 ‘en voiture. La présence d’une route passagère à proximité ne nuit pas du tout au calme qui règne dans cette villa. Une belle maison pour qui recherche tranquillité, confort, beauté, fonctionnel, pour un grand groupe.
