A localização é perfeita, fácil acesso!
Um dos quartos a ventilação não é muito boa, faz muito calor, precisa arrumar o ar condicionado e a tv estava com problema. Tirando isso, tudo fluiu como planejado. Todos os funcionários solicitos e prontos pra ajudar!

Localização e conforto.
O apartamento é ótimo! Contudo os moveis do quarto e banheiro são antigos velhos, precisando de reforma ou troca urgente. Nos quartos o ar-condicionado é perfeito, porém na sala o ventilador de teto não atende, rotação fraca. Senti falta de um varal de chão para secar roupas de praia.
