Great staff, very nice pool and spacious apartment

Little bit far away from restaurants

Sehr großes und innen sauberes 3-Zimmer-Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten sehr komfortabel. Leider gibt es nur im Zweizimmerappartement zwei Einzelbetten, aber das Franz. Bett war auch sehr bequem, dicke Matratze. Traumausblick von der Terrasse in die dicht bewaldete Umgebung, sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Frühstück im Rezeptionsbereich sehr gut und vielfältig, wenn die Lieferung des Frühstücks erfolgt, einmal war leider fast alles aus gewesen.

Ringsherum leider sehr schmuddelig und ungepflegt, zunächst die Ameisen entfernt, die im Schlafzimmer unter dem Vorhang im Innenraum lebten und sich gelegentlich in die Badewanne verirrten. Terrasse ebenfalls voller Ameisen, hier erwartet man beim Einzug eine Grundreinigung. Die Treppenaufgänge und Nischen sehr schmutzig und verkommen, es wird überhaupt nichts sauber gemacht oder ausgebessert, sehr schade, denn die Anlage hat eine hervorragende Lage und könnte eine Schmutzstück sein. Müll auf dem Parkplatz wurde 4 Tage lang nicht entfernt, einmal erfolgte eine Gartenpflege. Wenn der Pool nicht überfüllt ist, sehr schön zum Entspannen, ansonsten NEIN, aber das liegt an den Gästen, die sich nicht sozial verhielten.

We were warmly welcomed by Tina on our arrival. The apartment was very spacious with an outdoor balcony and wonderful views. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. A good selection at breakfast and good coffee.

We stayed only for one night to visit a friend in the area, so the location was convenient to Grimaud. It was an ok experience, but the whole property lacked finesse, cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment was not really clean. On check in, you are given a list of things you must do before leaving, which includes cleaning the floors and walls. Well, the floors were dirty and the walls - there was no way I was going to clean already dirty walls! The outside terrace was particularly grubby and the table unwashed for weeks. They did not provide any sponges for cleaning - only a dish brush and one tea towel, so even if you wanted to clean, you could not. The sheets on one bed were badly stained - looked terrible. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I have encountered in a long while - it felt like they were stuffed with large, hard balls of something. Overall, I would only recommend this place if you need to be in the area and are staying for a night or two. Strangely, the toilet seat was too big so that you could not open the toilet door without lifting the toilet seat - a bit of a contortionist act required to use the loo!
